EMULSION-RS1
Emulsion RS1 Bitumen Emulsion is specially designed water based bitumen emulsion with low viscosity and fast setting time that makes it an ideal product for spray application. It is chocolate brown in colour and is a free flowing liquid at ambient temperature. VBOND emulsion rs 1 is manufactured strictly as per is 8887:2004

EMULSION-MS1
Emulsion MS1 is recommended for Pre Mix Carpet and Patchwork. It is highly used in Cold MIx technology. Bitumen Emulsion matches to IS Standard 8887: 2004 specification.

EMULSION-SS1
Bitumen in different forms is used as a binder in road construction. The first alternative is normally hot mixes. The second alternative, cut-back, is generally more expensive than hot mix since solvents are often quite costly. The third alternative, bitumen emulsion, does not require heating when applied and it has the advantage over hot bitumen that it can be used with cold and even damp aggregate. An emulsion can be defined as a dispersion of small droplets of one liquid in another liquid. Bitumen emulsions are an oil-in-water type of emulsion where the bitumen is dispersed in water.

EMULSION-CRMB
CRMB is prepared by the addition of reclaimed truck tires further improved by the additives. Research worldwide has shown that addition of crumb rubber to bitumen produces binders with improved resistance to combat pavement distresses such as rutting, fatigue cracking, thermal cracking etc. It has also been demonstrated that use of crumb rubber modified binder leads to reducing of overlay thickness as well as reduce reflective cracking potential. This adequately demonstrates that CRMB is a superior binder which has immense application in highly trafficked National and State Highways.

EMULSION-PMB
Polymer modified bitumen (PMB) is bitumen combined with one or more polymer materials. This modification is done with the aim of enhancing the mechanical properties of the bitumen material. Polymer modified bitumen is typically used on road pavements, particularly those that are intended to withstand heavy-duty traffic and extreme weather conditions. This material is also used as a sealant in residential roofing applications. PMB is typically made by combining bitumen with a styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) copolymer. The addition of the polymer makes the bitumen more elastomeric in nature. Some of the desirable properties of polymer modified bitumen include improved strength, cohesiveness and resistance to fatigue and deformation.
